Domestic and/or International freight held in Pinnacle Logistics’S possession through no fault of Pinnacle Logistics, will be considered as stored and will be subject to the following provisions and charges:
- Storage charges will commence on the second day after the freight is received by the destination Pinnacle Logistics terminal;
- Storage charges will accrue at the rate of $3.00/cwt. ($0.03/lb.) per 24 hours or portion thereof, subject to a minimum of $25.00 per day; and
