How to download your W2s electronically
Go to our Kronos Login Page
Click on the Website link below:
Enter Your username & login in the empty fields
USER NAME
Your username is the first letter of your first name
entire last name
and the last 3 digits of your social security number
Example [ JSmith123 ]
PASSWORD
Enter your password you previous set up. If this doesn’t work, click on the “Forgot Password” link

Your username is the first letter of your first name, entire last name, and the last 3 digits of your social at the end. Ex. JSmith123

Password should be whatever you had previously entered.

Once Logged in, Navigate the menu to the W2s
On the top left corner,
click on The Hamburger Icon
Navigate to
- My Pay > Forms > W2
Click on this icon to open the navigation menu

Click on my pay

Click on Forms

Choose W2
Last step to receive your W2
Click on the Magnifying glass on the left hand side to view your W2(s)
On the popup, Click on download at the bottom.
Click on the magnifying glass for the year of your W2
Click on Download PDF
F.A.Q.
I no longer work with the company, can I still access my account?
If you are terminated from our system, your profile should still allow you to log in and print your previous pay stubs & W2s.
Can I use the Kronos App to download my W2?
Yes, you can! When downloading the app make sure you choose North America as your region and the company short name is “6152438“. Also The Kronos App just recently changed it’s name to “UKG Ready” in the app store.
I don't know my username
Your username is the first letter of your first name, entire last name and the last 3 digits of your social security number

I don't remember my password
Your password should be the same as you previously had it. If you still cannot remember it, simply click on “Forgot my Password”
Where can i download the app?
The app is available on both the Android Play Store and Apple Store.

Technical issues
It says "Token Problem" when I'm trying to input my code
This is an unfortunate error that we cannot fix. You must close the app and try again.
It says that I am locked out
Please send an email to HRCORPORATE@pinnaclelogistics.com
let us know your first, last name and station you worked at. We will have your profile unlocked.
The App says cannot connect to server
If you see this, either Kronos is down or there is no internet connection. Make sure you are connected to a reliable internet connection when logging in the Kronos App.
